Understand concepts clearly.
Fundamentals first: how programs, data and systems actually work, explained without the jargon.
Learning that stays with you
HIFZ is a modern learning platform focused on turning knowledge into practical skills that stay with you.
We believe learning is more than finishing a course.
Real learning happens when knowledge becomes something you can use, build with, and remember.

Understand concepts clearly.
Fundamentals first: how programs, data and systems actually work, explained without the jargon.
Turn knowledge into real projects.
Every topic ends in something you can run, show and explain, not just notes.
Develop practical skills and confidence.
Reviews, feedback and mentoring from engineers who ship software for a living.
Build knowledge that stays useful beyond the classroom.
Revisit and apply ideas on real work until they become habits.
HIFZ builds software for businesses and builds engineers for the future. The two sides share one standard of engineering.
For businesses
We design and build reliable software for startups, small businesses and teams that need strong engineering.
For students and graduates
Structured training, real projects and an engineering internship for people starting out in software.
Separate by design: interns never work on client projects.
For startups, small businesses, founders and agencies who want engineering they can rely on.
Take an idea to a working first version that is built to keep growing.
Scalable services, clean APIs and sound data design.
Move to the cloud, automate delivery and keep your systems observable.
Practical AI features inside your product, with engineering judgment behind them.
Bring legacy applications forward without breaking what already works.
Architecture reviews and hands-on guidance for your engineering team.
Flagship program
A program that teaches engineering, not just coding. You learn the way professional teams work and finish with a real project to show.
First cohort details are coming soon. Get in touch to hear first.
What you will work through
The internship follows the flow professional teams use. Interns build internal products, never client projects.
Internal products, for example
TICKET-12 Show learner progressType: feature Priority: medium Estimate: 3 ptsAs a learner, I can see my completed modules.Acceptance: - progress bar shows percent complete - works on mobile and desktop - covered by unit tests - docs updated// Break it down, then pick it up in the sprint.
We want to work with the colleges, universities and companies that train people, and help them run practical software programs.
Programs we are building with partners
Industry-oriented internships
Engineering internships for college students, run like a real team.
Technical workshops
Focused sessions on modern engineering practice.
Custom training
Programs shaped around your team’s stack and goals.
Project-based learning
Hands-on projects with mentoring and code review.
Technology programs
Longer programs in software, cloud and AI.
Knowledge is only useful when it is still there when you need it. HIFZ is being built so that what you learn becomes part of how you think and what you can make.
HIFZ comes from working engineers who care about how people really learn the craft.

Founder
Has spent over a decade building software and leading engineering teams. Shapes HIFZ around learning by making real things, with sound engineering habits from the start. He also builds in the open, contributing to and releasing open-source projects as AI changes how software gets made. That hands-on practice shapes what HIFZ teaches.

Co-founder
A backend engineer who cares about reliable systems and clean, well-tested code. Brings that focus on fundamentals, debugging and mentoring to how HIFZ teaches. She has mentored junior engineers on clean code and testing habits. She uses AI tools to move faster, while keeping design and debugging decisions grounded in sound judgment.
